Meet The Team

Joseph Krasinski

Meet Joe, Founder of ThriveConnect

& your SPA Implementation Partner

-

“Every time someone can't get the support they need, a life stays on pause. That's what gets me out of bed every morning.”

-

Joe's spent over 25 years in the trenches of education, NHS and local authority services. He's not a consultant who'll hand you a glossy report and disappear - he's the one who'll roll up his sleeves and help you make real change happen.

As a Dad to neurodiverse kids navigating ND pathways, a mainstream/ SEND Teacher, an ICB and Local Authority Officer, he has walked in your shoes, navigating the complex politics of multi-agency partnerships while delivering real services and measurable improvements:

-

This isn't about ticking boxes—it's about human dignity. It's about the mum who finally gets support for her struggling teenager. The man whose GP knows exactly where to send him. The family who tells their story once and gets help, not rejection.

When someone tells us they've finally found help after years of being passed around the system, that's when we know we're getting it right. That's the whole point of our work.

& your Joined-Up-Care Partner

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." - Mahatma Gandhi

Kate has been working in the heath and care sector for over 14 years. In this time, she has worked with primary care, public health, community and acute trusts, voluntary sector and integrated care systems with the aim to improve essential services by bringing together teams to plan and deliver more joined-up care.

As a second generation British-Ghanaian, Kate understands the difficulties sometimes faced by the under-represented members of our communities and has piloted innovative in-reach models that improve equity of access for under-represented communities.

Kate believes strongly the wider determinants of health drive outcome inequalities. This conviction fuels her commitment to holistic care, easy access, health literacy and preventive approaches.

Passionate about turning complexity into clarity for the people who need it most, Kate brings that ethos to THRIVEConnect.
